At check-in (at 16:45) a delay of around 30 minutes had been posted due to the aircraft (BA Citiexpress Embraer ERJ145) developing a technical fault in Glasgow. After issuing meal vouchers at around 18:30, the flight was cancelled at 19:20. BA Executive Club members where transfered onto the flybe. flight. Other affected passengers were being bused to Heathrow for a flight to Glasgow.
