Air Travel - 2005

In the spring of 2005 went spent a week in Denmark. Our second trip to Denmark in as many years. This time flying via London Heathrow in both directions and bring our first trip on an SAS Airbus A321.

This picture of G-RJXD was taken on a clearing evening at Copenhagen in May 2004 whilst waiting for our return flight to Glasgow end the end of our short break to Copenhagen in 2004.

However the highlight of our year was a Round the World Trip in October, with first visits to the Airports at Hong Kong, Tokyo (Narita), Honolulu, Kona and San Fransisco. New carriers were Lufthansa, Aloha and Skywest (providing United regional services) and a new aircraft in the shape of a Bombardier CRJ. Finally an upstairs flight on a Boeing 747 was experienced between Hong Kong and Tokyo.
