Observations from the BA Executive Club Lounge prior to boarding BA 2966 to Glasgow. Earlier in the day there had been an ATC Computer failure involving Swanwick and West Drayton. For around an hour there were no take-offs from any English Airports. By the afternoon many flights were still late with delays from 20 minutes upwards.
