One of the few remaining (at the time) Tridents in the UK. Two years after this photograph was taken it had been broken up (in May 2003).

1965 - In service with British European Airways
23 February 1983 - Withdrawn from use by British Airways
February 1983 -Transfered to British Airports Authority for fire service training at Glasgow.
16 February 1986 - Certificate of Airworthiness Expired.
January 1997 - Seen at the Glasgow fire dump.
15 May 2003 - Tail section cut off as part of being broken up at Glasgow.
